Questions about the Init Suite.

Do I need to be a Salesforce customer to use Init Suite?

Yes — all three products are Salesforce-native and require an active Salesforce org (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform license depending on the product). If you don't have Salesforce yet, Inithex can also implement Salesforce for you as part of the same engagement.

How is Init.Sign different from DocuSign or Adobe Sign?

Init.Sign is built natively inside Salesforce — no separate platform, no per-user licensing, no copy-paste links. Pricing is per envelope (with volume tiers), which is typically 50–70% cheaper than DocuSign or Adobe Sign for organizations that send fewer than 50,000 envelopes per year. Legal compliance is equivalent (eIDAS, UETA/ESIGN, LATAM laws).

Can I buy products separately or only as a suite?

Both. Each product stands alone. Suite bundles offer discounted licensing when you adopt 2 or 3 products. Most clients start with one (often Init.CRM or Init.Sign) and add others as they prove value.

What's the implementation timeline?

Init.CRM: 4–6 weeks for the core accelerator deployment, plus customization sprints. Init.Sign: 2–3 weeks for installation + integration with your existing Salesforce processes. Init.field: 8–12 weeks (more complex due to inventory data modeling and audience integration).

Is Init.field really only for Out-of-Home advertising?

Init.field was purpose-built for OOH (billboards, MUPI, transit, DOOH). The underlying inventory/booking engine can be adapted to similar businesses with location-based perishable inventory (commercial real estate leasing, conference event spaces, mall kiosks) — but those are custom engagements, not the off-the-shelf product.

Do you offer support and updates after go-live?

Yes — all products include Application Managed Services (AMS) tiers covering platform updates, Salesforce release impact analysis, enhancement requests and tier-2/3 support. SLAs and pricing vary by product and tier.
