We do not charge by the hour and we do not bury fees. After a short discovery, you get a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal with milestones — or a transparent T&M rate card for open-ended work.

How we price

Three engagement models. Pick what matches the work.

Every Inithex engagement starts with a 1–2 week paid discovery. From that we propose either a fixed-scope project, a managed service or an embedded squad. Numbers below are starting points — your actual proposal is shaped by complexity, regions and integrations.

Pricing FAQ
Is discovery paid?

Yes. Discovery is a 1–2 week structured engagement (USD $6K–$15K typical). It produces a fixed-scope proposal and a usable target-state design — even if you choose not to proceed with implementation.

Why fixed-scope over T&M?

Fixed-scope aligns incentives. You know the cost; we own the delivery risk. T&M is available for embedded squads or open-ended exploratory work where scope cannot be defined upfront.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Project work has no minimum term beyond the project. AMS minimums are 12 months. SOC engagements are typically 12–36 months because of the ramp investment.

What's not included?

Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet and other vendor licenses are billed directly by the vendor — we never resell or mark up. Third-party data sources (e.g., bureau access) are pass-through at cost.

Do you work with startups?

Selectively. We are best suited to growth-stage and mid-market companies (50+ employees). For seed-stage, our embedded squad model can work but we'll be upfront if we're not the right fit.

Can we get a discount?

We do not discount our rates — but we will absolutely shape scope to your budget. The first conversation often reveals 30–40% in scope optimization without changing the outcome.
