Documentation, runbooks and admin training are part of every engagement — not an upsell. You can fire us cleanly.
Yes. Discovery is a 1–2 week structured engagement (USD $6K–$15K typical). It produces a fixed-scope proposal and a usable target-state design — even if you choose not to proceed with implementation.
Fixed-scope aligns incentives. You know the cost; we own the delivery risk. T&M is available for embedded squads or open-ended exploratory work where scope cannot be defined upfront.
Project work has no minimum term beyond the project. AMS minimums are 12 months. SOC engagements are typically 12–36 months because of the ramp investment.
Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Fortinet and other vendor licenses are billed directly by the vendor — we never resell or mark up. Third-party data sources (e.g., bureau access) are pass-through at cost.
Selectively. We are best suited to growth-stage and mid-market companies (50+ employees). For seed-stage, our embedded squad model can work but we'll be upfront if we're not the right fit.
We do not discount our rates — but we will absolutely shape scope to your budget. The first conversation often reveals 30–40% in scope optimization without changing the outcome.
