Custom technology architecture aligned with your business reality.
Off-the-shelf software solves common problems well. Your unique business processes, compliance requirements, integration constraints or competitive moats demand something else. Inithex solution architects design custom technology blueprints — multi-system, multi-cloud, multi-discipline — that work together coherently without becoming legacy from day one.
Our architecture practice is grounded in TOGAF, Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, AWS Well-Architected Framework and decades of combined experience designing enterprise systems for organizations across financial services, manufacturing, retail and SaaS verticals.
What we design
- Enterprise architecture blueprints — aligning CRM, ERP, security, cloud, on-premise components into coherent target architectures.
- System integration architecture — message buses, event-driven patterns, API gateways, iPaaS strategies.
- Data architecture — data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, governance frameworks, data lineage and quality programs.
- Security architecture — Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, identity-first patterns, segmentation strategies.
- Resilience architecture — disaster recovery, business continuity, multi-region failover, RTO/RPO-driven design.
- Performance architecture — caching strategies, CDN deployment, queueing patterns, load distribution.
- Cost architecture — FinOps-driven design, reserved capacity strategies, workload placement optimization.
- Compliance architecture — control mapping to ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR built into system design.
Our delivery approach
Architecture as a deliverable, not as documentation gathering dust. Every solution design includes: reference architecture diagrams (C4 model), Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) documenting key trade-offs, decision logs, cost models with 3-year TCO, risk assessments, security posture analysis and an implementation roadmap broken into phases. You can act on it the day we hand it over.
Frequently asked questions
Why hire an architect instead of just implementing?
Implementation without architecture leads to “spaghetti integration” — systems that work in isolation but become impossible to evolve. Architecture front-loads thinking: what’s the data flow, where does the source of truth live, how do we authenticate users, what fails and how. Spend 4 weeks on architecture, save 6 months of rework downstream.
How long does a solution design engagement take?
Focused engagements (single application or migration): 2–4 weeks. Enterprise architecture engagements (multi-system, multi-cloud transformation roadmap): 6–12 weeks. We deliver incrementally — first artifacts in 2 weeks so you don’t wait for the “big reveal” at the end.
Can you architect AND implement, or just architect?
Both. Architecture handoff to another implementer is risky — context gets lost. We prefer to architect AND implement (or AMS the result), but we can also provide architecture-only engagements when you have a trusted internal/partner implementation team.
Do you follow specific frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)?
Pragmatically. TOGAF, Zachman and SABSA provide useful structure but no organization needs the full ceremony. We borrow heavily from C4 model for diagrams, ADRs for decisions, Well-Architected Frameworks (Salesforce, AWS, Azure) for principles, and DDD for domain modeling. Outcome over ceremony.
