Salesforce integrations that turn data silos into one connected system.
Your Salesforce CRM is only valuable if it lives in real-time conversation with your ERP, accounting, marketing automation, e-commerce platform and proprietary systems. As a Salesforce Consulting Partner, Inithex builds secure, scalable, monitored integrations that transform Salesforce into the connective tissue of your business — not another isolated database.
We’ve delivered over 200 production integrations across MuleSoft, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL pipelines, real-time event streams and identity federation — for organizations from $10M to $1B+ in revenue across LATAM, the US and Europe.
Integration patterns we deliver
- REST & SOAP APIs — custom endpoints with OAuth 2.0, JWT Bearer, Connected Apps and Named Credentials.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform — enterprise iPaaS for complex orchestration, reusability and governance.
- Middleware platforms — Dell Boomi, Workato, Zapier, Make, n8n, custom Node.js services.
- ETL & data pipelines — batch loads with Talend, Skyvia, custom Python jobs, Salesforce Data Loader scheduled imports.
- Real-time event streams — Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), Pub/Sub API, Kafka bridges.
- Identity federation & SSO — Okta, Azure AD/Entra, Auth0, OneLogin, Google Workspace, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Webhook architectures — bidirectional event delivery with retries, dead-letter queues and observability.

Our integration engineering philosophy
Built for change. Loosely-coupled, fully documented, monitored from day one. No spaghetti, no surprises 18 months in. Every integration ships with: idempotent operations, error handling, retry logic, exponential backoff, dead-letter queues, monitoring dashboards, alerting, and operational runbooks. We follow the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework for integration patterns.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between real-time and batch integration — which do I need?
Real-time integrations push/pull data the moment events occur (a new lead created, an order paid). Batch integrations run on schedule (every 15 minutes, hourly, nightly). Real-time is best for customer-facing flows (orders, payments, support tickets). Batch works well for reporting data, inventory sync, and high-volume non-urgent updates. We recommend based on your data freshness needs and volume.
Do you build custom integrations or use middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi)?
Both. Middleware is the right answer when you have multiple systems, reusable patterns, governance needs and IT teams that will own it. Custom integrations are right for point-to-point flows where simplicity beats reusability. We make the recommendation based on your stack, team and budget — vendor-agnostic.
How do you handle data security in integrations?
End-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3), secrets stored in Salesforce Named Credentials or a dedicated vault (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault), minimum-privilege service accounts, IP allowlisting where possible, audit logging on all transactions, and PII data masking in logs. We follow ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control patterns.
What happens when an integration fails — do we lose data?
No. Every integration we build has: retry logic with exponential backoff, dead-letter queues for permanent failures, automated alerts to your operations team, and a manual replay mechanism. We design for “at-least-once” delivery with idempotent processing — meaning even if a message is delivered twice, the system stays consistent.
Do you support legacy SOAP APIs and on-premise systems?
Yes. We’ve integrated Salesforce with SOAP APIs, mainframe systems, on-premise databases (SQL Server, Oracle DB), file-based protocols (SFTP, EDI) and legacy ERPs. For on-premise systems behind firewalls, we deploy Salesforce Hyperforce-compatible bridges (MuleSoft, Boomi runtime, custom secure tunnels).
